1. What is the worst concert you have ever been to?
That would probably have to be a Megadeth show I saw in Phoenix when I was in High School. The drummer was so wasted on ? that he passed out in the middle of a song, in the middle of his kit. They had to drag him offstage, it was the strangest thing I have ever seen. I actually got to talk to Dave Mustaine and ask him in person about the incident. That is another story for another time though.
2. What is the worst CD you own?
Nico, live at the Chelsea Hotel. I love Nico, she was an amazing and fresh and haunting addition to the Velvet Underground. She was also really hot. This CD is the most unlistenable thing ever put on tape though. It is just monotone droning. I understand she was a major heroin addict that eventually lost her battle with addiction. Still though, this record sucks major ass.
3. What is the best band name?
hmmm, could very well be The Righteous Brothers. Though I am not a pothead, big props go to the Doobie Brothers as well. There is no one named Doobie in the band. Their singer is now doing commmercials for long distance or something like that.
4. What is the worst band name?
geesh, so very very many. Pearl Jam is a pretty horrible name, sounds like a semen joke. Right Said Fred would certainly be up there too.
5. What are you listening to right now?
Warren Haynes, Live at Bonaroo - a 70 minute acoustic set from the busiest guy in rock. He hits some Allmans tunes (which he wrote, it is one of the 6 bands he is in) and a version of U2's One that is more soulful then that Johnny Cash version.
